Patients should complete a request form (the tear off page opposite your last prescription) and put it in the box provided at reception. Please allow 24 hours for requests to be dealt with.
For postal requests to be returned via a SAE, patients should allow 1 week.
Alternatively you can arrange for your regular chemist to collect the prescription for you.
We do not accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone. Only urgent requests from housebound staff will be taken.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
