Karen provides a wide range of services including chronic disease management clinics, wound dressing and ear syringing.
Margaret is responsible for venepuncture (blood sampling), blood pressure taking, flu vaccination and Vit B12 injections.
The Practice Manager is responsible for the day to day administration and business aspects of the practice. She is available to discuss any non-medical problems, suggestions or complaints.
Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.

The district nursing team carry out nursing care for the patient at home as well as providing a leg ulcer clinic within Shettleston Health Centre. Please telephone them on Tel. No. 0141 531 6262.
The health visitor provides offers health advice and support, mainly to families with young children. She assists with our monthly immunisation programme and sees children for development checks. Barbara is based at our main surgery 463 Edinburgh Road. Please telephone her on 0141 770 1927
